Responsibilities

Operations & Aftersales Service Executive

R&A Logistic Solutions Sdn Bhd @ Kapar,Klang

We’re looking for a proactive and responsible individual to join our team.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Automotive, Business or related field
  • 1–2 years experience in automotive operations/aftersales preferred
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong coordination, communication & problem-solving skills
  • Willing to travel for site visits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate vehicle delivery, registration & documentation
  • Liaise with suppliers, workshops & technical team
  • Handle customer enquiries (service, parts & warranty)
  • Monitor service schedules & warranty claims
  • Maintain accurate records & ensure customer satisfaction

Salary:
RM2,500 – RM3,500/month

  • Annual Leave: 8 days (1st–2nd Year), 12 days (3rd–5th Year)
