Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Service Advisor to serve as the primary liaison between customers and the Service Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating vehicle servicing, providing professional service recommendations, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience from vehicle check-in to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.
• Conduct initial vehicle inspections and prepare repair estimates.
• Explain recommended repairs, maintenance, pricing, and completion timelines.
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely repairs.
• Monitor service progress and keep customers updated throughout the repair process.
• Prepare repair orders, invoices, and maintain accurate service records.
• Process payments, warranty claims, and related service documentation.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve service-related issues professionally.
• Prepare daily and weekly service reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, manufacturer standards, and customer service procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Automotive Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in an automotive customer service role is preferred.
• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and service management systems.
• Possess a valid driving licence.

Salary

RM1,900 – RM2,600 (Negotiable based on experience) + Performance Incentives

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
