CREATIVE EXPERIENCE CREWVR & Arts Experience

We are looking for energetic, friendly and creative team members to join our VR and Arts & Crafts experience.

You’ll interact with guests, guide them through VR and creative activities, and help create a fun and memorable experience for children and families.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with guests
• Guide guests through VR experiences
• Assist children and families with arts & crafts activities
• Explain activities and ensure guests have a fun and safe experience
• Promote tickets, activities and packages
• Assist with social media content, postings and simple video/photo creation
• Support promotions, events and daily outlet operations
• Maintain a clean and organised activity area
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service

We’re Looking For

• Friendly, energetic and creative personality
• Enjoy working with children and families
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable creating or appearing in simple social media content
• Patient, responsible and willing to learn
• Comfortable working in a fun, fast-paced environment
• Able to work weekends and public holidays
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, arts, entertainment or social media is an advantage

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per hour
