Roles & Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Sales Performance
- Assist in achieving the Company’s sales targets, business objectives, and strategic goals.
2. Customer & Location Acquisition
- Make appointments with relevant customer representatives or Persons-in-Charge (PIC) to explore business opportunities.
- Conduct site visits upon approval and present Vending Machine proposals, including benefits, usage, and proposed installation arrangements.
- Engage with customers to address concerns, negotiate requirements, and secure approval for Vending Machine installations.
- Finalize utility requirements and coordinate with the Technical Team on installation requirements.
- Explain and communicate relevant agreement terms and contractual requirements to customers.
- Prepare and submit the Location Survey Form to the Manager for discussion and approval, including key information such as customer headcount, existing vending machines, competitors, location potential, and other relevant details.
- Conduct regular discussions with the Group Manager on target achievement and prepare in advance for machine delivery, relocation, replacement, or recall activities.
3. Sales Forecasting & Reporting
- Prepare and submit the monthly three-month sales and machine installation outlook.
- Monitor sales performance against established benchmarks and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide timely updates to management on sales performance, customer development, installation progress, and market opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer information, machine installations, sales performance, and location status.
4. Agreement & Contract Management
- Prepare customer agreements and contracts following customer approval.
- Create and maintain agreement reference numbers in the Agreement Reference File.
- Ensure agreement details are accurate and complete, including:
- Agreement reference number
- Customer name and address
- Number of Vending Machines
- Vending Machine model
- Product selection
- Applicable price list
- Commercial terms and conditions
- Obtain the Branch Manager's approval and signature before submitting the agreement to the customer.
- Arrange meetings with the customer PIC for contract signing.
- Confirm the Vending Machine delivery date and finalize utility and site preparation requirements.
- Ensure agreements are duly signed by both parties and submit the completed documents to the Administration Department for filing and record purposes.
5. Vending Machine Delivery & Installation
- Coordinate the end-to-end Vending Machine delivery and installation process.
- Prepare the Vending Machine Delivery Order (D.O.) Support / Job Sheet and obtain the required approvals and signatures from the Branch Manager and Operations Manager.
- Submit the approved Job Sheet to the Workshop at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled delivery to allow sufficient time for machine preparation.
- Coordinate closely with the customer, Technical Team, Transport Team, Workshop Team, and Operations Team to ensure smooth installation and delivery.
- Ensure customer requirements and site readiness are communicated clearly to all relevant internal teams.
- Obtain the customer's signature on the Delivery Order (D.O.) upon receipt of the Vending Machine.
- Submit the completed Delivery Order to the Administration Department for filing and record purposes.
6. Post-Installation & Customer Relationship Management
- Follow up with customers after installation to ensure Vending Machine quality, functionality, and service satisfaction.
- Conduct visits with a minimum of five (5) existing customers weekly to maintain strong business relationships and obtain customer feedback.
- Gather customer feedback through the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Survey Form and follow up on complaints, requests, and improvement opportunities.
- Review customers' historical sales performance and recommend appropriate actions, including machine relocation, downgrade, recall, or additional machine placement.
- Follow up on customer payments, including subsidies and rental payments.
- Follow up on tabletop orders and outstanding payments.
- Regularly update product proposals based on the latest product availability, stock levels, and pricing.
- Communicate updates to customers regarding price revisions, new product launches, service changes, and other relevant business information through official email or memo.
- Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with customers to support customer retention and business growth.
7. Performance & Business Improvement
- Achieve the targeted number of Vending Machine installations.
- Ensure new machine installations comply with established Item Sales Benchmarks.
- Minimize poor-performing locations and associated location fees.
- Maximize machine utilization and sales performance through effective location management.
- Identify opportunities to improve machine placement, sales performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Continuously monitor market and competitor activities and recommend appropriate business strategies.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience in sales, business development, account management, vending, FMCG, or a related industry.
- Experience in managing customer accounts, commercial negotiations, and field-based sales activities will be an advantage.

- Identify and secure suitable locations for Vending Machine (VM) installations to maximize sales potential.
- Evaluate location fees and minimize underperforming or low-sales locations.
- Ensure sales collection performance meets the established benchmarks.
- Prepare sales forecasts covering machine quantity, machine models, market segments, geographical coverage, and competitor activities.
- Assist in determining pricing schedules, promotional activities, and commercial negotiations.
- Monitor sales performance and recommend appropriate actions, including machine relocation, downgrade, recall, or additional machine placement.
- Maximize the quality and commercial potential of Vending Machine placements.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
