Administrative Support:

• Handle daily accounting and finance activities
• Manage full set of accounts, including AP, AR and GL
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers and accounting documents
• Perform bank reconciliation and account reconciliation
• Prepare monthly financial reports and management reports
• Monitor accounts receivable and payable
• Handle monthly closing and ensure accounts are updated accurately
• Assist with payroll, EPF, SOCSO, EIS and other statutory matters
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary and other external parties
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting records
• Assist in budgeting, cash flow monitoring and financial analysis
• Perform other accounting and finance duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must have hands-on experience with AutoCount Accounting System
• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• At least 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Good knowledge of full-set accounts
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work independently
• Experience in the automotive or used-car industry is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
