We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our shipping and freight forwarding team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries and coordinating shipments from booking until completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries and provide timely shipment updates.
• Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, overseas agents and suppliers.
• Handle Import/Export shipping documentation, including BL, Booking Confirmation, Arrival Notice, DO and related documents.
• Monitor vessel schedules, ETD/ETA and shipment status.
• Coordinate with the operations team for container and delivery arrangements.
• Follow up on shipping documents and ensure all information is accurate.
• Handle customer requests and complaints professionally.
• Prepare quotations and assist with freight/local charge enquiries.
• Update shipment details in the company's system.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
