Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement F&B training programmes and SOPs.
• Conduct training for new and existing staff.
• Train and coach Restaurant Managers, Supervisors and outlet teams.
• Ensure all outlets follow company SOPs and service standards.
• Conduct regular outlet visits, coaching and training assessments.
• Identify training needs and provide refresher training where required.
• Develop training materials, checklists and competency assessments.
• Support new outlet openings and new product launches.
• Develop and manage the training calendar and training records.
• Monitor training effectiveness and prepare training reports.
• Work closely with the Operations team to improve staff performance and service quality.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of F&B experience, preferably in a multi-outlet environment.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in training, coaching, or Learning & Development.
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations, SOPs, service standards and food safety.
• Experience developing training programmes, SOPs, training materials and competency assessments.
• Experience conducting on-the-job and classroom training.
• Able to train and coach Restaurant Managers, Supervisors and outlet staff.
• Experience in new outlet opening and staff training is an advantage.
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and coaching skills.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
• Willing to travel between outlets.
• Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently.
• Hospitality, F&B Management, HR/L&D or related qualification is an advantage.

Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
