Responsibilities

  • Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinate with customers regarding order changes, cancellations, or special requirements
  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, or other communication channels
  • Giving operational support to operation and related department
  • Other related jobs assigned by Department Executive / Supervisor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
