Responsibilities
- Analyze and verify customer design data
- Prepare manufacturing tooling using InCAM Pro / CAM software
- Handle Glass Mask, Solder Resist & back-end manufacturing data
- Support DFM, engineering changes, production trials & first-article builds
- Maintain design data, revisions & tooling records
- Drive CAM process improvement, automation & digitalization
- Support RCA, corrective actions & 8D activities
- Collaborate with Engineering, Production & Quality teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 2 years' CAM Engineer experience in PCB, IC Substrate or Electronics Manufacturing
- Hands-on experience with CAM software in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of PCB / IC Substrate manufacturing processes
- Experience with InCAM Pro, Genesis or UCAM is an advantage
- Good analytical, problem-solving & communication skills
- Good command of English
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
