The Ecology Intern participates in the research, planning, execution, and evaluation of ecological projects, providing support and assistance for the projects. Assist in collecting and organizing ecological data, conducting data analysis and interpretation to provide a basis for project decision-making. Assist in writing reports and documents related to ecological projects, ensuring timely recording and summation of project progress and achievements. Participate in the company's internal ecological activities and promotions, raising employees' awareness and participation in ecological environmental protection.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Environment Management, Business, Finance, or related field
• Professional appearance and excellent personal presentation
• Fluency in spoken and written English is a must
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Discretion and ability to maintain client confidentiality
• Basic understanding of banking and financial services
• Proficiency in MS Office

Work Standards:
1. APAC (with UBS Singapore)

• Preparation for monthly online meeting.
• Propose new ideas or support on APAC Environmental Community Group.

2. Taiwan

• Data capture review weekly/ monthly/ quarterly (energy, waste, diesel and paper).
• Organize and implement local activities regarding environmental management based on data analysis.
• Organize and implement local EMS activities and events.
• Data entry and tracking in the Enablon platform to support ESG and compliance reporting.
• Prepare documents for ISO 14001 Audit.
• Update legal register biannually.
