Job Purpose

• Act as a bridge between technical knowledge and business leadership by researching emerging technologies, simplifying complex IT and AI concepts, and providing practical recommendations on how these technologies can be applied to improve productivity, decision-making, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and stay updated on the latest AI, Generative AI, IT tools, digital technologies, and technology trends.
• Identify AI and IT solutions that may be relevant to the organization.
• Provide clear and simplified explanations of technical concepts to the senior management.
• Conduct demonstrations and knowledge-sharing sessions on relevant AI and IT tools.
• Assist the organization in understanding and effectively using Generative AI tools, productivity platforms, and digital solutions.
• Prepare concise briefing materials, presentations, guides, and summaries on emerging technologies.
• Research potential AI applications that can improve business productivity, efficiency, communication, and decision-making.
• Compare different AI and IT tools and provide recommendations based on business needs.
• Support the evaluation and testing of new AI tools before potential business adoption.
• Translate technical information from IT teams into business-friendly language for the management
• Monitor developments in AI and technology and proactively highlight relevant opportunities or risks.
• Assist with basic troubleshooting and provide guidance on the use of relevant technology tools where required.
• Maintain a structured repository of AI and IT knowledge, resources, recommendations, and learning materials.
• Support other technology-related projects and initiatives assigned by the team.

Education/Experience

• Undergraduate or Postgraduate for Information Technology, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Business Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in AI, Generative AI, IT, and emerging technologies.
• Good understanding of common IT concepts, digital tools, and technology trends.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or similar platforms.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly the ability to explain technical concepts in simple business language.
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, curious, and willing to continuously learn new technologies.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information.
• Ability to work independently and interact professionally with senior stakeholders.
