HBA Global Consultancy Sdn. Bhd. Hiring! Full Time Account Supervisor in Pulau Pinang - Ricebowl

HBA Global Consultancy Sdn. Bhd. is looking for an experienced Account Supervisor to join our Accounting Department in Bukit Mertajam, Penang.

• Supervise and support the Accounting Team in daily accounting operations.
• Plan and allocate workloads, and monitor job progress to ensure timely completion.
• Review full sets of accounts, management accounts and financial reports for accuracy and quality.
• Ensure team members follow established SOPs and reporting requirements.
• Monitor reporting deadlines and ensure clients receive their reports on time.
• Coach and guide team members based on their strengths and areas for improvement.
• Support the team in resolving accounting issues and client enquiries.
• Monitor team performance and work closely with the Head of Department to achieve departmental KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting workflows, quality and efficiency.

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in an accounting or professional services firm.
• Strong knowledge of full set accounts and management reporting.
• Experience in reviewing accounting work and guiding junior team members.
• Good leadership, coaching and communication skills.
• Strong planning, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Responsible, organised and able to manage multiple deadlines.
• Ready to take the next step into a supervisory and team leadership role.

Salary: RM5,000 – RM6,000

Up to 3 Months Performance Bonus

Salary Increment Quarterly (based on performance)

Flexible Working Hours

• 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

️ Annual Company Trip(based on target achievement; previous we went to Taiwan and Japan)
