We are seeking an Assistant Manager, Sales to drive business growth and expand our presence across key enterprise accounts.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with senior stakeholders, and delivering solution-based sales to financial institutions and retail organizations.

The ideal candidate is a proactive sales hunter with a proven track record in B2B or enterprise sales, coupled with a strong industry network. You should be comfortable engaging decision-makers, understanding customer challenges, and proposing solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in Enterprise Sales, B2B Sales, Account Management, or Business Development.
• Strong network within banks, financial institutions, retail chains, or related industries.
• Experience managing and growing relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers.
• Consultative and solution-selling approach with a strong commercial mindset.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
