As a Customer Development Manager, you are the face of Lam Soon to our most critical partners. You will own the relationship, drive the profitability, and secure the market share that keeps our brands at the forefront of the industry.

What You Will Do:

• Strategic Growth: Develop and execute annual customer plans that don't just hit targets but redefine them.
• Relationship Excellence: Build high-impact trading relationships and deep-dive into customer intelligence to stay ahead of market trends.
• Fund Management: Master the art of trade fund management, ensuring every Ringgit of A&P is optimized for maximum ROI.
• On-the-Ground Insight: Bridge the gap between strategy and the shelf by conducting store visits to ensure flawless execution.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure inventory optimization and seamless payment reconciliations.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced: At least 5 years of proven success in Key Account Management (FMCG experience is a massive plus).
• Analytical & Meticulous: You are sensitive to numbers and have the "business grit" to analyze trading terms and provide winning proposals.
• Communication Pro: Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills—you know how to win over stakeholders at all levels.
• Agile: A strategic planner who is equally comfortable deep-diving into Excel as they are presenting in a boardroom.
• Qualified: Holds a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or any related field.
• Work Based : Must be willing to work in Cyberjaya, Selangor.
