Job Summary

Be the heart of our people by supporting the team, driving a positive work culture, and strengthening the Little Lion family through effective HR management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and integrate new employees effectively
• Prepare accurate employment contracts and maintain comprehensive HR documentation for compliance and reference
• Administer staff records, track leave and attendance, and coordinate payroll to ensure timely and accurate employee compensation
• Ensure adherence to Singapore MOM regulations and company policies through regular compliance checks and updates
• Support performance management by assisting in employee evaluations and fostering positive employee relations
• Execute HR administrative tasks and handle ad-hoc duties to maintain smooth HR operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business, or related field
• 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably within SMEs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR/Payroll systems
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks responsibly
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees and stakeholders
