Job Summary

You will create, decorate, and present desserts like cakes and pastries to complement matcha. You will manage ingredient and supply orders for pastry production and oversee overall kitchen operations. You will also perform other duties assigned by management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and decorate desserts such as cakes and pastries to ensure appealing presentation and quality that complements coffee offerings
• Manage ordering of ingredients and supplies to maintain adequate stock levels for pastry production and business needs
• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management or immediate supervisor to support business operations
