Role Description The Retail Manager at MAYASILK is a full-time, on-site position based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. This role oversees daily store operations, including staff scheduling, visual merchandising, inventory management, and ensuring the store environment reflects MAYASILK’s brand standards. The Retail Manager leads and motivates the retail team to achieve sales targets, deliver excellent customer experiences, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, handling escalated customer queries, coordinating with head office on product assortments and promotions, and implementing policies and procedures that support efficient and compliant operations. The role also involves training and coaching team members, analyzing sales trends, and contributing to strategies that grow revenue and strengthen customer loyalty.

• Experience in retail management, fashion or textiles, or a related field is highly beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Proficiency in basic point-of-sale systems and retail reporting tools; familiarity with inventory control processes is an advantage.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
