Job Responsibilities

• Carry out authorities’ submissions (URA,BCA BP & ST, SCDF, LTA, PUB, NParks) through CoreNet.
• Finalizing AutoCAD drawings for authorities’ submissions.
• Personal assistant to Managing Director on quotations, tender submissions, technical and administrative matters.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and consultants to ensure submission requirements are met.
• Track submission status and follow up on approvals.
• Maintain proper records of all submissions, approvals, and project documents.
• Ensure submission documents are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
• Update submission logs and filing systems.
• Assist with project documentation and other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in construction or engineering submissions is an advantage.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe PDF.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with good time management skills.
