We are lookingfor an experienced Catering Manager for our company. As a Catering Manager, youwill be responsible for providing services related to food and beverages. Youwill solely be in charge of all the items right from the starters to thedesserts.

Responsibilities:

• Meeting the catering teams on day to daybasis regarding new orders and events.

• Planning the menu with the chef andmaking sure all the food is delivered to the venue safely.

• Taking care of the decorations and thepresentation of the food.

• Discussing the prices, menus, anddecorations with the clients on a regular basis.

• Providing a positive and friendlyenvironment for the guests and staff as well.

• Maintaining the quality standard of thefood and beverages.

• Hiring new staff for the event andtraining them appropriately.

• Ensuring health and safety regulationsare strictly observed.

• Providing catering service operationswithin business, institutions, and industry for long working hours.

• Working with the catering department onthe operation and execution of various events.

• Managing catering staff for thesuccessful execution of catering events.

• Creating a marketing plan to promotecatering operations within business industries or hotel chains.

Qualifications:

• Relevant work experience as a Catering Manager

• Abilityto work under pressure and for long working hours.

• Quickdecision making and problem-solving skills.
