Job Summary

Join as a Recruitment Consultant to drive talent acquisition across service, construction, manufacturing, hotel, and childcare sectors by building client relationships, sourcing candidates, and managing end-to-end recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to understand and fulfill their hiring needs
• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates
• Create and post clear, targeted job advertisements to reach potential applicants
• Search and identify potential candidates using hiring databases and social media platforms
• Assess applications and resumes to shortlist suitable candidates for client positions
• Screen applicants to evaluate qualifications and fit before scheduling interviews
• Conduct interviews with candidates and clients to facilitate successful placements
• Match candidates to appropriate job positions based on skills and client requirements
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process to enhance their experience
• Manage recruitment activities across sectors including service, construction, manufacturing, hotels, and childcare centres

Required competencies and certifications

• Possession of CEA certification (Ministry of Manpower)
