Business Development Executive / Manager

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive / Manager to join our team and expand our presence in the hospitality industry.

We are a technology company developing AI-powered solutions for the hospitality industry. Our platform helps hotels optimize revenue management, monitor market trends, analyze competitor pricing, and improve operational efficiency through intelligent data analytics and automation. We work closely with hotels to deliver practical AI solutions that support better business decisions and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships with hotels and hospitality group

• Generate leads and conduct client outreach

• Build and maintain relationships with hotel owners, general managers, and decision-makers

• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis

• Follow up on sales opportunities and support contract negotiations

• Work closely with internal teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders)

• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently

• Prior experience in business development, sales, hospitality, or technology-related industries is advantageous

• Candidates who is familiar with China culture or have worked in China before is advantageous (liaise with China counterparts)
