Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

• Drive sales performance and achieve revenue, cost control, and profitability targets.

• Manage manpower planning, staff scheduling, and resource allocation to meet operational needs.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and service standards.

• Conduct staff coaching, training, and performance evaluations to enhance team performance.

• Handle customer feedback, enquiries, and service issues professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar supervisory or managerial role within a high-volume or upscale restaurant environment

• Strong leadership skills with in-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and problem-solving

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to manage conflicts and resolve issues effectively

• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays

• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced work environment

• Computer literate, well-organized, and self-motivated

• Prior experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred.

• Willingness to work on weekends, and public holidays as required.
