VENDING MACHINE REPAIRER AND SERVICER

Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, and maintain vending machines at various locations.

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and software-related faults.

• Refill, clean, and ensure machines are in good working condition.

• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize machine downtime.

• Respond to service calls and troubleshoot issues promptly.

• Test machines after repairs to ensure proper operation.

• Keep accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and parts used.

• Coordinate with the customer service team on reported machine issues.

• Ensure all work is carried out safely and according to company standards.

• Travel to different customer sites as required.

Requirements:

• Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

• Relevant experience in vending machines, electrical equipment, or field service is an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.

• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license (preferred).

• Able to work independently and manage multiple service calls.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Willing to travel across Singapore.
