Core Responsibilities

• Work as a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to understand enterprise customer requirements and participate in solution and system architecture design.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during system design, integration, deployment, and production operation.
• Communicate directly with customers’ business and technical teams to explain solution designs and technical approaches.
• Provide clear, efficient, and professional technical communication during troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Develop and maintain high-quality Java applications and services.
• Use AI tools to improve development, analysis, troubleshooting, and delivery efficiency.

Core Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on Java development experience .
• Experience with Spring Boot, microservices, databases, and common middleware.
• Practical experience in system architecture and solution design.
• Strong problem-solving and independent delivery capabilities.
• Good customer-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Proficient in using AI coding and productivity tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, AIOps, observability, or related enterprise software systems.
• Experience working with enterprise customers or delivering complex software projects.
• Experience as a technical lead or senior member of a development team.
