Job Summary

Assist and coordinate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth workflow in catering operations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with co-workers to support seamless workflow and enhance customer satisfaction
• Inspect, prepare, and pack catering equipment and food while maintaining hygiene, quality, and presentation standards
• Load and unload catering equipment and food carefully to prevent damage and contamination
• Set up event displays, materials, and equipment according to event requirements
• Perform company errands including collecting, picking up, and transporting supplies and equipment as needed

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence to safely transport supplies and equipment
