Job Description
Responsibilities
Join our dynamic logistics team and play a key role inensuring seamless global cargo movement. If you thrive in a fast-pacedenvironment and have a keen eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and overseas agents for cargocollection and delivery
- Plan and optimize international shipment routes while negotiating competitiverates
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation in compliance with customs andinsurance requirements
- Ensure cargo meets destination country regulations to avoid delays and reducecosts
- Create and manage Air Waybills (AWB) for smooth cargo movement
- Provide excellent customer service to shippers, consignees, and logisticspartners
- Monitor shipment status and coordinate with destination agents
- Generate cargo reports and maintain accurate records
- Support export cargo planning and warehouse coordination
- Handle export declarations where required
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
- above 4 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding preferred
- Knowledge of logistics operations is an advantage
- Familiarity with customs procedures and documentation
- Strong communication skills (spoken and written English is essential)
- Customer-focused with a positive and service-oriented attitude
- Able to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
- A proactive self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with good interpersonal and cultural awareness skills
- Able to commence work immediately or within short notice preferred
