Role & Responsibilities : -

TheFacility Technician assists the Department Head in maintaining the factory's physical infrastructure, utilities, and building facilities to ensure a safe, functional, and efficient working environment.

The role is responsible for arranging and supervising licenced contractors and vendors in all renovation activities and all preventive, repairs and maintenance of facility equipment and office systems, including face recognition systems, door access systems, security alarm systems, lighting, electrical, plumbing, and other facility-related installations.

The FacilityTechnician also supports the smooth day-to-day operation of the factory byresponding promptly to maintenance requests and ensuring that all facilities are maintained in good working condition.

• Burglar Alarm System

• Door Access System

• Face Recognition System

• CCTV System

3. Preventive & Corrective Maintenance

• Routine Inspection on Aircon, Lightings etc

• Monthly Aircon Servicing

• Yearly Machines Servicing

• Yearly Water Dispensers Servicing

4. Fire Safety Compliance

• Fire Extinguishers Maintenance

5. Contractors Management & Supervision

• Work Schedule Arrangements, Coordination &Supervision

6. Office Factory Renovation Duties

• Search, source and liaise with Contractors /Vendors for all renovation works and supervise these contractors duringrenovation period

7. Building Maintenance Coordination

• Liaise with Management Office for renovation,building safety and environmental issues

8. Space / Office Factory Floor Planning

• Office Space Planning and Floor Plan Drafting

9. Administration

• System Administration (Prepare POs & PRs)
