Job Description

Responsibilities

Company Overview

We are a Singapore-based wellbeing charity registered with MOH with Institute of Public Character Status, focusing on bringing wellbeing to young working adults and youths in the community.

Job Summary

You will collaborate with corporate leaders to design and deliver impactful wellbeing solutions that enhance organizational health and culture.

Responsibilities

  • Represent our organization to corporate leaders by clearly presenting solutions that address their corporate wellbeing needs
  • Assess corporate clients’ current wellbeing situations, identify gaps, and determine specific needs
  • Conduct research and collaborate with internal teams to develop targeted wellbeing interventions
  • Facilitate wellbeing training, programs, and activities to deliver effective solutions
  • Measure and report on the impact and outcomes of wellbeing programs
  • Research evolving corporate wellness trends and create written content and innovative interventions to meet emerging needs
  • Work independently and remotely to meet deadlines for deliverables
  • Adapt to changes with an agile mindset while collaborating effectively with team members
  • Facilitate programs during weekdays, evenings, and weekends as required
  • Maintain high standards of moral conduct and uphold client confidentiality guidelines

Required competencies and certifications

  • Experience delivering presentations in corporate settings and engaging management-level audiences
  • Experience facilitating group training sessions
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with client confidentiality guidelines

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in a related job scope
  • Degree in Psychology, Counselling, Coaching, Human Resource, or related field
