Responsibilities

• Managing project document flows between client and users in strict accordance with the Project’s requirements.

• Coordinating the setup of file management/archival system in line with management.

• Maintaining document archives – Both electronic & Hard Copy while ensuring allrecords-management activities adhere to good practices, policies and legal requirements

• Fulfillingdocument retrieval requests

• Liaising/ coordinating with the Project Management team for the Project documentation

• Proficiency in communication and coordination skills.

• Supporting preparation of Project reports and presentations

• Performing admin support for Project Management team

• Assist Cost & Contract function of the Project.

• Monitorthe licences/ insurances/ permits validity of the Project

• Coordinating meeting schedules for the Project Management team

Requirement

• PossessDegree or Diploma in Engineering/ Quantity Surveying/ Admin or any otherrelevant discipline

• Minimum 3 years document control and 5 years admin experience

• Be Proficient with Excel, Word, SharePoint and PowerPoint

• Be well organised and systematic

• Possess good communication skills

• Experiencewith Aconex, Fulcrum, ProjectWise, etc., is an advantage.
