We are looking for a Cleaning Assistant Manager to support daily cleaning operations, supervise cleaning teams, and ensure service standards are met. The role involves working closely with clients, supervisors, and frontline cleaners to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily cleaning operations at assigned sites.

Supervise cleaning supervisors and frontline cleaners.

Plan manpower deployment and arrange replacements when needed.

Conduct site inspections to ensure cleanliness and service quality.

Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and work performance.

Handle client feedback and support service recovery when required.

Ensure cleaning schedules and tasks are completed on time.

Guide and train staff on cleaning standards, safety, and work procedures.

Monitor cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment.

Ensure staff follow workplace safety and company requirements.

Prepare simple reports, checklists, and operational update
