Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare Civil & Structural (C&S) drawings for authority submission and construction using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Develop and update BIM models in accordance with project requirements.
• Ensure drawings comply with Building and Construction Authority (BCA) BIM submission standards.
• Coordinate with engineers and project teams to incorporate design changes into drawings/models.
• Assist in preparation of structural documentation and detailing for submission and construction purposes.
Maintain accuracy, consistency, and quality of all drafting outputs.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Possession of a Revit certification is required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in BIM modeling and AutoCAD drafting.
Strong knowledge of BIM processes and Autodesk Building Suite software, including Revit (Structure) and related tools.
