What you'll do

You will be the person responsible for paid media across a portfolio of client accounts.

Day to day you will plan and launch Google Search, Performance Max and YouTube campaigns, and Meta campaigns across Facebook and Instagram including lead gen and Click-to-WhatsApp. You will do the keyword research, write and test ad copy, build audiences, set up conversion tracking, and manage budgets against agreed cost-per-lead targets. You will check accounts daily and act on what you see rather than waiting for the monthly review.

What we're looking for

Two or more years running paid media in an agency or in-house, with hands-on time in both Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager

You should be able to read an account and form a view. Given a campaign with a rising cost per lead, we want to know where you would look first and why. Strong written English for ad copy. Comfortable in spreadsheets.
