• Manage relations with top management, building trust relations with key partners and stakeholders.

• Developing high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives globally.

• Leading and motivating subordinates to advance employee engagement develop a high performing managerial team.

• Overseeing all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the Business Plan and overall strategy and mission.

• Making high-quality investing decisions to advance the business globally and increase profits.

• Enforcing adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company’s legality and business ethics.

• Analyzing problematic situations and occurrences and providing solutions to ensure company survival and growth globally.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field required, MBA preferred.
• At least 20 years of relevant work experience in the mechanical and electrical systems industry, with successful experience in sales and maintenance.
• Proven ability to develop, execute and manage successful business strategies.
• Exceptional leadership, communication and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a global environment and a demonstrated understanding of international business.
• Comfortable with prolonged international travel to pursue business opportunities.
