Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

  • New Business Acquisition: Prospect and win new clients for air freight, ocean freight, and contract logistics.
  • Account Management: Retain and grow existing customer accounts through regular engagement and satisfaction checks.
  • Proposal & Pricing Strategy: Prepare tailored quotes, RFQs, and business proposals while maintaining target profit margins.
  • Market Analysis: Study competitor moves, pricing, and trade lane dynamics.
  • Internal Coordination: Work with operations, customer service, and finance teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
