Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations and ensure a smooth workflow during opening, peak hours, and closing.

Enforce company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), branding, and service standards.

Handle cash handling procedures, daily shift reports, and point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Address and resolve operational or maintenance issues quickly
