Job Summary

Provide proactive, professional administrative support to the Director by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential matters to ensure efficient operations and timely task completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Director’s schedules and appointments promptly to optimize time and priorities
• Deliver accurate and high-quality administrative work to support business operations
• Coordinate meetings and projects effectively to facilitate smooth communication and progress
• Complete assigned tasks promptly to meet deadlines and support organizational goals
• Handle confidential information professionally to maintain trust and discretion
• Communicate clearly and respond promptly to internal and external stakeholders
• Anticipate the Director’s needs and provide proactive support to enhance productivity
