• Source and communicate with suppliers for quotations, pricing, and order updates.
• Coordinate and follow up on local and overseas purchases, especially shipments from China.
• Arrange and monitor import and local logistics, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and customs brokers for shipment documentation and clearance.
• Track shipment status and resolve delivery issues.
• Maintain procurement, shipping, and supplier records.
• Update supplier and product information in the system.
• Monitor inventory levels and support stock replenishment.
• Coordinate with internal departments on purchasing and delivery requirements.
• Provide general administrative support to the procurement team.

Requirements:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, or logistics is preferred.
• Knowledge of import/export procedures and overseas shipments, particularly from China, is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
