Responsibilities:

• Serve food and beverages to guests in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.

• Take customer orders accurately and communicate requirements clearly to the kitchen and service teams.

• Prepare and set up dining areas to ensure a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall presentation standards within the restaurant.

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience.

• Process customer payments accurately and efficiently when required.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) or hotel industry is preferred.

• Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and develop new skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.

• A proactive team player with initiative and a strong sense of responsibility.

• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays as required.
