Job Summary

Join our team as an IT Technician to diagnose, repair, and upgrade PCs, notebooks, and AIO systems while delivering expert advice and support to customers.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose hardware and software issues in PCs, notebooks, and AIO systems to ensure accurate repairs
• Assemble and disassemble laptops and desktops to facilitate maintenance and upgrades
• Perform quality checks and control measures to verify repair effectiveness and system performance
• Conduct performance testing on repaired or upgraded devices to ensure optimal functionality
• Provide clear, expert advice and support to customers regarding their IT devices and repair options
• Maintain a positive work attitude with responsibility and pride in delivering quality service
• Learn and apply new repair techniques through provided training to enhance technical skills

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Personal experience with repairing computers is an advantage but not required
