全职 Draftsperson Jobs, salary up to SGD 4,500 in LIAN GAY CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD Singapore - Ricebowl

• Drafting of engineering and shop drawing

• Coordinate with Project Manager, Project Team, Design Team and related person.

• Prepare and review rough sketch and review them allow with the Engineering team.

• Responsible for attending the meeting with consultants, contractors as part of project.

• Familiarity with 3D modeling tools is preferred.

• Required to maintain all drawing files, update drawings as needed, and make corrections to drawings as directed by the Section Heads / Leads

• Coordination of drawings with Clients / Main Contractors and updating of drawings base on Meetings and discussion and in compliance to Regulation Codes and Practices

• Explain drawings to production or construction teams and provide adjustments as necessary

• Clarify and solve problems raised by teams

• Coordinate with team members and other discipline

• Other ad hoc duties assigned

Job Requirement:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Draftsperson in the Metal work structural.

• Must have knowledge in Aluminium, Stainless steel, cladding system and metal work.

• At least Diploma in Building/Civil Engineering or equivalent.

• Strong communication skills with teams and subcontractors .

• 5.5 Days work week (Alt Saturday)
