Support day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, off-boarding, and maintaining employee records
Assist in administering payroll, leave management, and claims processing
Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in compliance with MOM requirements
Assist in drafting and updating HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
Coordinate training and development activities and maintain training records
Support finance and accounts-related tasks where required, including invoicing, data entry, and basic bookkeeping
Provide general administrative and office management support including vendor coordination, procurement of office supplies, and facilities management
Handle ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and a willing team-player attitude
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of HR or HR admin experience
Candidates with an accounting or finance background who have relevant HR experience are welcome to apply. (Remuneration will be commensurate with the ability to contribute across both functions)
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS or accounting software is an advantage
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
