Job Description
Responsibilities
- Prepare design calculations for building façades using design software.
- Perform structural calculations and simulations to ensure compliance with relevant building codes and specifications.
- Work with the design team and quantity surveyors to resolve structural issues for façade works.
- Review architectural drawings and develop practical façade design solutions that meet the design intent and are buildable.
- Collaborate with consultants, the Professional Engineer (PE), and the Accredited Checker (AC) on structural matters, ensuring alignment with shop drawings for submission.
- Prepare and manage BCA submissions for approval.
- Maintain records in line with ISO/OHSAS procedures.
- Carry out other duties as assigned by management.
