Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cadmium Process Engineer to operate, monitor, and optimize cadmium processing operations while ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Operate cadmium processing equipment to maintain efficient production flow and meet output targets
  • Monitor cadmium processing parameters to detect deviations and optimize process performance
  • Troubleshoot process issues promptly and implement corrective actions to minimize production downtime
  • Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and quality standards during all operations
  • Maintain accurate process documentation and production records for traceability and reporting
  • Collaborate with production and quality teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Apply experience in cadmium processing, cadmium electroplating, or related metal finishing/manufacturing processes to improve operations
  • Use knowledge of process controls, chemical handling, and workplace safety to maintain safe and effective workflows
  • Understand environmental regulations related to hazardous materials to support compliance efforts
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving and communication skills to resolve issues and coordinate with teams
  • Hold relevant technical qualifications or possess equivalent work experience in related fields
