Job Summary

You will manage sales leads, source and screen candidates, and match them with employers to meet sales targets. Collaborate with operations to fulfill orders while delivering excellent customer service and ensuring compliance with laws and company values.

Responsibilities

• Manage and follow through on sales leads and enquiries to drive business growth
• Source and screen candidates to identify suitable matches for employer requirements
• Match employers and candidates effectively based on their needs and criteria
• Close sales and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely fulfillment of sales orders
• Deliver excellent customer service before and after sales to enhance client satisfaction
• Handle customer interactions and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations to maintain ethical standards
• Manage suppliers and verify candidate documents to ensure compliance and quality
• Perform other duties as assigned by the company to support business objectives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any field
• Certificate of Employment Intermediary (CEI) is advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Multilingual ability to communicate with candidates from diverse nationalities (e.g., Burmese, Indonesian, Filipino), especially those with limited English proficiency
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with employers, candidates, suppliers, and teammates
• Empathy and sincerity to support a people-centric industry
• Commitment to professional development by continuously acquiring relevant skills and knowledge
