We are looking for a Concierge (Bell-Hop) to join our team!

Job Summary

As a Concierge (Bellhop), you will deliver personalised guest service byassisting with luggage, performing timely deliveries and collections, welcomingguests warmly, fulfilling requests professionally, and enhancing guestexperiences through feedback.

As the Concierge (Bell-Hop ), we rely on you to:

• Assist guests with luggage handling to ensure smooth arrivals and departures
• Deliver and collect luggage promptly to meet guest schedules
• Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and provide a hospitable farewell at departure
• Fulfil guest requests professionally and within expected timeframes
• Engage with guests to gather feedback and improve service quality
• Contribute to creating memorable hotel experiences through attentive service

We are looking for someone who:

• Demonstrate pride in hospitality and hotel service
• Show enthusiasm for interacting with guests and customers
• Preferably possess relevant hotel experience
• Willing to work shifts
