Key Responsibilities

• Accounting Administration : Perform data entry in ILJIN Global’s accounting system, assist with monthly closing procedures, and handle related administrative tasks.
• Document Control : Prepare, register, and maintain records of incoming and outgoing letters/shipping documents, including drawings and correspondence..
• Staff Coordination : Monitor and arrange training courses for staff, update records, and schedule meetings via the company’s online calendar.
• Filing & Archiving : Organize and maintain both physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with SharePoint storage protocols.
• General Administration : Support various administrative duties as needed.

Job Requirements

• Accounting Knowledge : Basic understanding and experience with accounting tasks, including system input for expenses and expenditures.
• Experience : 1–2 years in a similar role; candidates with document control experience in a project management environment are preferred.
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with strong attention to detail.
• Attributes : Proactive, responsive, and attentive to project requirements.
