We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Payroll Executive to manage the end-to-end payroll process and support HR administration within our organization. The ideal candidate will be committed to ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining compliance with statutory regulations and company policies, and delivering excellent support to employees on payroll-related matters. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

Managing end-to-end payroll processing and ensuring timely salary disbursements.

• Administer attendance and record leaves of absence for all staff
• Compute and administer the disbursement of final salary payments, salary adjustments, bonuses, incentives, and reimbursements.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to payroll and employee benefits.
• Addressing payroll-related queries from employees and coordinating with relevant departments as required.
• Prepare and submit CPF, IR8A, IR21, Skills Development Levy (SDL), Self-Help Group (SHG) contributions, and other statutory

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of payroll or HR administration experience.
• Knowledge of Singapore payroll regulations, CPF, IRAS requirements, and the Employment Act.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
