Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Executive (Construction) role based in Singapore. The Project Executive will coordinate and oversee interior construction and fit-out projects from planning to completion, ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards. Daily responsibilities include managing project schedules, monitoring site progress, coordinating with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, and resolving site issues promptly. The role involves preparing and reviewing project documentation, assisting with procurement and cost control, and supporting compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards. The Project Executive will also participate in site meetings, report project status to management, and contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery processes.


Qualifications

  • Project Management and Project Control skills to plan, coordinate, and monitor construction and fit-out projects effectively.
  • Construction Management expertise to oversee site activities, manage subcontractors, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Budgeting and Procurement skills to manage project costs, prepare estimates, and handle purchasing of materials and services.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities to work with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Experience in interior fit-out or construction projects, preferably within retail, commercial, or hospitality environments.
  • Proficiency in project scheduling and documentation tools; knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently on-site, multitask under tight timelines, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
