Working location: Hong Kong

Key Responsibilities

• Assist LAEs in scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance.
• Perform maintenance tasks in accordance with approved maintenance data and company procedures.
• Assist with troubleshooting, defect rectification, repairs, modifications, and functional testing.
• Carry out aircraft servicing, inspections, component removal and installation.
• Review and follow aircraft maintenance manuals, technical instructions, engineering orders, and service bulletins.
• Assist with accurate completion of aircraft maintenance records and documentation.
• Support LAEs, mechanics, and technicians during line and base maintenance activities

Requirements

• Valid Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Licence issued by the relevant Civil Aviation Authority (e.g. HKCAD, CAAS, CAAM, DCA Malaysia, CAAT, CAAV, DGCA Indonesia, etc.).
• Minimum of 1 aircraft type ratings on commercial aircraft (Airbus and/or Boeing).
• Minimum 2* years certifying *experience.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft maintenance procedures, aviation regulations, and safety standards.
• Experience in Base Maintenance, Line Maintenance, or both.
• Ability to interpret aircraft maintenance manuals and technical documentation.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, public holidays, and overtime when required.

Preferred

• Experience working in a Part-145 MRO or commercial airline.
• Experience with wide-body aircraft is an advantage.
• Familiarity with electronic maintenance documentation systems (AMOS, TRAX, SAP, etc.).
• Previous experience supervising maintenance teams.
