We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team.
This role is primarily focused on paid performance marketing, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys managing campaigns hands-on, monitoring performance, testing new ideas and finding ways to generate leads more efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing
Paid Performance Marketing, Primary Focus
- Manage and optimise paid campaigns across platforms including Meta Ads, Google Ads and Reddit Ads, working closely with the Performance Marketing Manager.
- Run ongoing test-and-learn initiatives across audiences, creatives and campaign approaches to identify scalable lead generation opportunities.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, including CPL, CTR, spend efficiency and other key metrics, and identify unusual performance changes or opportunities to scale.
- Track and report paid media KPIs using advertising platform dashboards and analytics tools.
- Support campaign tracking requirements, such as conversion events, pixels and UTM structures, by coordinating with the Performance Marketing Manager and development team where required.
- Research and explore new paid advertising platforms, formats and opportunities that could help improve campaign performance and lead generation.
Organic Performance, Supporting Role
- Support SEO and content initiatives when required, including content updates, basic on-page optimisation and reporting, working with the SEO Manager and organic performance team.
Creative & General Support
- Create basic creative assets for paid and organic campaigns using design and AI tools, while working with the Junior Art Director for more complex creative work.
- Take on other reasonable marketing-related responsibilities based on business needs.
What We’re Looking For
- 1 to 3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably with hands-on paid advertising experience.
- Experience managing or supporting campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Comfortable working with campaign metrics such as CPL, CTR, CPC, conversion rate.
- Able to review campaign performance and make practical optimisation recommendations.
- Comfortable testing different audiences, creatives and campaign approaches.
- Basic understanding of conversion tracking, pixels and UTMs would be an advantage.
- Basic creative or design skills. Experience with Canva and AI creative tools would be useful.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing would be an advantage.
- Organised, analytical and comfortable managing multiple campaigns and priorities.
Reporting Structure
You will report to the Performance Marketing Manager for day-to-day work direction, with additional guidance from the Director on strategy and professional development.
